Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, hold, disclose and protect your personal information.
Effective date: 27 June 2026
FRM Consulting Group (Aust) Pty Ltd (ACN 630 110 682) ("we", "us", "our", the "FRM Group") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, hold, disclose and protect your personal information, and applies to all of our websites, landing pages, forms and marketing.
We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The APPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your personal information. A copy of the APPs is available from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.
What is personal information and why do we collect it?
Personal information is information or an opinion that identifies, or could reasonably identify, an individual. The personal information we collect is primarily your contact and identifying details — for example your name, postal and email addresses, and phone numbers — together with information about how you interact with our websites, ads and communications.
We collect this information in a number of ways, including:
- when you register for a webinar, event or download;
- when you complete a form or enquiry on our websites or landing pages;
- by telephone, email or correspondence;
- when you interact with our advertising or pages on social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Google);
- through cookies and similar tracking technologies; and
- from publicly available sources and third parties (such as advertising and lead-generation platforms).
We collect your personal information for the primary purposes of providing our services to you, responding to your enquiries, and marketing (including inviting you to events and webinars and following up with you). We may also use it for secondary purposes that are related to a primary purpose and that you would reasonably expect. Where appropriate, we will explain why we are collecting your information and how we intend to use it. You can opt out of our marketing at any time (see "Direct marketing" below).
Sensitive information
We do not ordinarily collect "sensitive information" (as defined in the Privacy Act). If we ever need to collect sensitive information, we will only do so with your consent, or where required or authorised by law.
